In this video, we'll automate a customer onboarding workflow process using the m-Power Development Platform. While customer onboarding processes will vary by company, this approach can be used to address most any workflow process. In this workflow, we will:
Automatically generate a PDF contract
Email that contract to the customer
Once that contract is signed, the customer info gets sent to a payment processor for invoicing
Once that invoice is paid, the new order gets added to the ERP system
The salesperson gets an email to set up the service.
