Benefits of this XRF Feature are two-fold...First, the auto-focus can help operators more seamlessly move through samples. This will increase throughput and remove the burden of operator focusing (which also removes that variable in measurements). Second, this Hitachi XRF feature provides distance variation capability...which means an operator can measure into a depth of up to 80mm and see consistent measurement results (variables apply, talk to a specialist).
