Matthew Perry’s Death Certificate Shows Autopsy Was Done
Matthew Perry's death certificate has emerged. Perry was found unresponsive in a hot tub in his California mansion. Significantly, the cause of death of the troubled actor who has spoken openly about his past struggles with alcoholism and drug abuse was marked as “deferred.” The death certificate also reveals an autopsy was performed but the results are pending the toxicology report.
