Syntax:
root@vqfx-re#set vlans (vlan-name) vlan-id (vlan number)
root@vqfx-re# set vlans vlan10 vlan-id 10

root@vqfx-re# set interfaces xe-0/0/0 unit 0 family ethernet-switching interface-mode access vlan members vlan10
