Flying a 747 in X-Plane 10 with ArduPilot SITL
This demonstrates using ArduPilot SITL (software in the loop) simulation to fly a B747-400 in X-Plane 10. It does an automatic takeoff, a short flight off Sydney and then an automatic landing at Sydney airport.
Note that this video is not meant to imply that ArduPilot should be used for manned aircraft. It definately should not. It is just a nice demo of the capabilities of SITL with X-Plane.
