Forrester predicts that 6.9 million U.S. knowledge workers will adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot by 2024. The heightened attention to copilots was evident in the recently concluded Microsoft Ignite event in which the Copilot stack encompassing infrastructure, toolchains, data, services, and productivity apps was unveiled.
