DRUM MIC PRE COMPARISON - AML EZ1073, CAMDEN 500, JLM TG500
I was interested to hear the different colour these mic pres would impart on a simple drum set up. I played the same groove and swapped the preamps into all 3 positions; kick (AKG D112)/snare (SHURE SM57)/mono ribbon (OPR THE GRILL U MOD)
DRUMS: Ludwig Classic Maple 22" x 14", 70's Ludwig Acrolite
CYMBALS: 15" K Light Hats modified by James "PUG" Waples
After the mic pres, it goes ANTELOPE converters into LOGIC at 48k
