Let’s train using the Wing Chun Dummy, Warriors!
Wing Chun is a traditional Southern Chinese martial art that simultaneously combines attack and defense through quick arm movements and strong leg techniques.
The primary equipment used to train Wing Chun is the wooden dummy.
Here I will share with you my Wing Chun Dummy Training as a tribute to the legendary grandmaster of Wing Chun, Ip Man.
He was one of the first who taught Wing Chun publicly to several students, the most famous is Bruce Lee.
