On the community forum for InDesign from Adobe, one answer was on why they were getting error code 5:
Embedded image files instead of linking.
Complicated files (no styles, manual text wrapping).
Problems with a font (cheap fonts, free fonts).

Importing corrupted files.
Always saving, never saving as … .

Yet, as you can see in this video, the InDesign layout, or document in this case, was extremely simple. A one-page letter using literally only text with Miñon Pro and nothing else! No images to odd-ball the file and not bad font, necessarily, as it is the default from Adobe!
