Soundtrap - Troubleshoot (AND FIX) your MIDI Keyboard Troubles
Here are some ways to attempt to fix your MIDI Keyboard in Soundtrap
1) Check your website permissions by clicking the keyboard in the upper right corner and the sliders in the upper left. Make sure all of your permissions allow MIDI keyboards to work
2) "Settings" - "MIDI Settings" and be sure your keyboard is selected. If you have a choice between a standard and a "MIDIIN2" choose the standard one. You may need to unplug and replug your keyboard or reload the page.
3) If the keyboard is working but the notes don't match what you're trying to play, be sure that the keyboard is "tuned". Reset the octave and transpose buttons. On our Nektar SE25 keyboards that means pressing the octave buttons at the same time and the PB (pitch bend) buttons at the same time. This will reset them.
