Prerequisites:
Player must have an interest in joining
Player must have a Release clause
You must be able to afford their wage
To do this, as shown in the video:
1) Make an enquiry on the player
2) Withdraw Enquiry
3) Make an offer on the player. You wont be able to add a wage or any clauses but just click “Suggest Offer”
4) The club will reject the offer and state it is unacceptable. Select “Withdraw Offer”
5) Continue once, you will get a notification stating the club has accepted the offer of £0.
6) Delegate the contract negotiation to your DoF as you wont be able to
