Star Team is an exciting children's game played by teams of three schoolchildren in grades 3-6. The show's set resembles a spaceship, and with a little imagination, the participants and viewers are transported to the near future. The host is Sergey Pekhletskiy, who plays the Big Navigator (voiced by Mikhail Palatnik, who also served as the host on the show).
Fun Facts
• When the host is in the frame, the video is intentionally blurry and choppy to convey the feeling of being in space. He explains this by "magnetic storms."
• If the Big Navigator doesn't know whether a concept named by a player is relevant to the topic under discussion, he disconnects the connection with the team and checks the information in the Big Cosmic Directory.
• If after three rounds the teams have the same number of charge units, the team that has won the most rounds advances to the super game.
