Welcome to the Witchual Workout with Laura Tempest Zakroff - a ritually-inspired movement experience designed to get us moving a bit more on a daily basis. Each day, we'll have a different magical focus and build up our stamina and body exploration.
Today's inspiration is Herne the Hunter - focusing on slow and strong movements, centering the body with a powerful walk and present upper body posture. Think about moving through the forest at dawn or dusk.
Follow along and adjust as needed, listening to your body's needs. If you are unable to move your lower body, consider working a different part of your upper body using similar motions or shapes.
