Connect to MicroLogix with Serial
In this video I show the cable and the required software to connect to a MicroLogix 1100, 1400, or 1500. The Cable is a 1761-CBL-PM02, the Serial to USB converter is a 9300-USBS. You will need RSLinx Classic Lite (or better) and RSLogix 500 which is a licensed software.
At 6:25 I switch the serial cable from the MicroLogix1500 to the MicroLogix1100, that is why Linx lost connection and regained it to a different PLC and I repeated the upload and save procedure.
