Hello to Event Tickets with Ticket Scanner for WooCommerce.
With this plugin you can sell tickets and also scan and validate them directly at the entrance.
This video should help you get started with the plugin.
Log in to Wordpress as administrator.
Then go to the "Add Plugin" section.
Enter "Event Ticket with Ticket Scanner" in the search field.
Click on the install button to install the "Event Ticket" plugin.
After the installation click on the button "Activate".
You can now immediately edit your WooCommerce products. Go to your product which should be sold as a ticket.
In the tab "Event Tickets and Codes" you determine the appearance of your ticket numbers. First, we enable the option that this product is a ticket.
Optionally we can now specify when the event starts and ends. This will be printed on the ticket.
If you like, you can also specify other details that will only appear on the ticket. For example, special notes or specify the exact address.
What other details should be displayed or hidden on the ticket, you can determine in the options for our plugin.
During the installation a ticket list is already created. The generated ticket numbers are stored in the list. This list must be assigned to the product.
If you want to have a specific format for your ticket numbers, you can set it here. In the options you can also set a global format for all your tickets.
That's all. You can start selling your tickets right away.
When your customers buy a ticket from you, they will also receive a link in the email to view the ticket. Here they will also be offered a download for the ticket as a PDF.
This way your customers can be captured either with the detail page or with a printed PDF at the entrance.
Validating at the entrance is just as easy. Your customer shows you the tickets and you can scan the QR code with the ticket scanner. You will see whether the ticket is still valid. You can also validate it right here.
