Cuboid and Navicular Coalition: Bone coalitions are the abnormal connection between two bones. This patient has a Cuboid and Navicular coalition, bones in the foot. This is an extremely rare case, with less than 10 cases! There is mild bone marrow edema (fluid buildup) suggestive of stress related changes.
