Better Cooling. If you're looking to increase the cooling performance on your S550 EcoBoost, this Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Radiator is a good way to go. With this radiator, you can take on street, track or drag strip duties without problems. It's designed to provide 53 percent more cooling capacity versus the Performance Package radiator, or 72.5 percent more than the base radiator. This radiator works with the factory and Mishimoto intercoolers. Again, it only fits in 2015 to 2017 Ford Mustang EcoBoost models, no matter if it has an automatic or manual transmission. Durable Construction. This radiator is designed to endure high temperatures and constant use. It's made of a lightweight brazed aluminum core, which features three rows, with TIG-welded end tanks. A magnetic drain plug is handy for servicing. A precut rubber trim seal is also included, helping to divert more air to the radiator for overall better performance. Mishimoto includes a limited lifetime warranty. Simple Installation. Since this is a direct fit replacement part, you don't need to permanently modify your Mustang to install it. You will have to drain and refill your coolant system as part of the installation process, making it moderately difficult. Besides fresh coolant, you'll need sockets, wrenches and other standard hand tools for this job, which should take you about two hours.
