I've tested the performance of various graphical presets for Forza Horizon 4 on the Steam Deck OLED, and here are my findings:
Very Low preset: ~70-90 FPS
Low preset: ~60-80 FPS
Medium preset: ~55-65 FPS
High preset: ~55-60 FPS
Ultra preset: ~45-55 FPS
Overall, the game runs great on the Steam Deck. I recommend playing on Ultra settings with a locked 45 FPS or at the High preset with a locked 60 FPS for the best experience. If you want to conserve battery life, you can lock the framerate to 45 or 30 FPS at the Very Low or Low settings.
