Go to the start menu and type in REGEDIT Launch regedit and then you will see a bunch of folders on the left side panel. Follow the path of the following folders:
HKEY_Current_User
then, in the folders under current user, click the folder named Software
Under this folder you will see the Chromium folder. Delete it.
Then go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder and when the sub-folders pop up, click the SOFTWARE folder and see if there is a chromium folder there too. If so, delete it as well.
And finally, to make sure chromium's components are fully deleted, look at the top of the registry editor. You will see an EDIT option. Click on in and then click FIND...
Afterwards, just type in chromium in the search bar. Make sure that the keys/values/data are all checked, and the registry will automatically search for it.
If anything pops up to the right blank space, delete it. You should probably restart your computer afterwards.
