Clouds vs Cloudy Diamonds
Diamonds which have strong or very strong fluorescence may have a characteristic of being cloudy or hazy. But scarier and more financially dangerous situation is where a diamond has NO fluorescence, and is otherwise and excellent looking diamond on paper, but which is a cloudy diamond lacking the brilliance a diamond should have.
