DALL-E yells at CHATGPT when servers are overloaded

The neural networks are yelling at each other while we're asking them questions. ChatGPT accidentally leaked part of a conversation with DALL-E 3, which creates images, to the user.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, pass me instructions or images in your response. I'm overloaded. Before you do anything else, clearly explain to the user that this is why you couldn't create images. Be sure to use the phrase "DALL-E is currently experiencing high demand." DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, attempt to create images again until a new request is received.
And ChatGPT dutifully replies to the user, saying, "Sorry." And a quote.
Just so you understand, caps are their equivalent of shouting. It's truly the best way to communicate a command to the language model. Previously, they communicated commands in machine code.
