Len Function In Excel
LEN function in excel is mostly used to count the number of characters in a cell, data range or text strings in excel. Whenever you need to know how many characters you have in a certain data range, you can use LEN function in excel. Len is the short from of Length and thus it works accordingly, count the length of a strings. It is very useful when used with another function. I will use LEN function with trim Function.
LEN function can be used with RIGHT, LEFT and other functions.
