There is a Research shows that a person with a knife who is closer than 7 yards can stab or cut you before you can stop them with a gun. in the U.S., there’s a competition called fast draw. Each contestant must stand within 5 meters and prepare in a crouched stance. When the signal light in front of them lights up, they can draw their gun and fire, and the fastest shooter wins the competition. Most people take less than half a second from drawing to firing
