1950's Lions Dynasty Highlights
A forgotten NFL dynasty; the Lions were led by Coach Buddy Parker, Bobby Layne, Doak Walker, Joe Schmidt, and Jack Christiansen. These Lions worked hard, played hard, and partied harder (so much so that Coach Parker quit before the 1957 season). The Lions stake a claim as a dynasty with their 3 NFL Championships (all against the Cleveland Browns). Also came back from a 27-7 3rd quarter deficit against the 49ers in a 1957 playoff game which led to a dominant 59-14 over the Browns as well.
