Hey Everyone!
Welcome to the the first in this Assistant Editor 100 series course for Long form Film and TV workflows! (I know that’s a mouthful, I’ll just say AE100)
This first one is pretty basic stuff of setting up your project and configuring settings correctly but don’t worry we will be getting into much more interesting stuff as the course goes on! Including but not limited to ingesting media, sync’ing media and prepping subclips, Project maintenance, Deliverables to online and more!
While there may be a lot in here you may already know (depending on your level) there are a number of little nuggets that I’ve thrown in as well from experience, workflow tips and Avid features I’ve pointed out along the way.
Next module will be going into various ways of ingesting Media into Media Composer. So stay tuned for that next week!!
Also remember to let me know of anything you feel should be included or added into this course or future videos and I can make a note to cover it :)
