Find any NCPD Hustle or any street gangs with their backs turned and manually save your game. This way you can keep reloading until you pop the trophy. Just crouch, grab the enemy with SQUARE, then incapacitate / non-lethal takedown the enemies all in one spot with TRIANGLE. Use hipfire with a powerful revolver / pistol and you should have no trouble with this one : )
