From this Video you can learn how to Setup Multiple Viewport in 3D Working space.
You can set more than one viewport as per your requirement. I have shown two & 3 viewport.
More viewport can be setup. But it will be difficult to set more viewport as in 3D.
So, try to work on max 2 viewport.
