Coin 1: At 0:14, go into the water where the small coin symbol is showing, the coin is hiding under the water.
Coin 2: At 0:27, when you hold down let go early and tap to get upwards and collect the coin, just make sure not to run into the wall.
Coin 3: 0:48, just tap above the coin and you get it, just be prepared to hold afterwards.
