The Most *TOXIC* Gun in Tarkov!!!
I have designed the most toxic shotgun in Tarkov! You've probably already seen people use a bunch of flashlights to blind their enemies. The issue with those builds is that it also blinds you. So, I added a thermal sight on a blinding gun to create a broken and toxic build! Let's see if it's effective?
