It’s time to share and tie up lose ends especially as I’m letting go of what no longer serves me
If you have followed my journey for a while, I’ve been making a conscious effort to change the paradigm I was born in.
I’m invested in healing since my wake up call in 2016.
This is what lead me to the Wim Hof Method - What I’ve learnt along the way is the Wim Hof Method isn’t escapism instead, you face your fears and it comes from an innate knowing
You can of course set an intention when you embrace the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method, then you have to let it go and trust the process of life. Sent it out there to the universe
This process for me has taken a while in years however the spiritual world is outside of time and I learnt a few things whilst climbing the mountain on the outskirts of São Paulo and the release the next day was huge, I cant explain it so it has taken time to articulate it. In short I believe breathing has a domino affect that the magic still happens even days after the dynamic breathing sessions and for me the incredible sensation that my body and mind had shifted after visiting São Paulo
