AUTOCLAVE PRESERVATOR, its modernization, HOW TO MAKE CANDY FROM JUNK
We are for home-made canned food! And we wish that the autoclaves would work at 5 points straight out of the box!
A big request to the manufacturer:
1. Eliminate problems with the lid sealing
2. Increase the pressure in the autoclave by replacing the valve from the pressure cooker with a real valve, even if it is 2 bars
3. Increase the size of the cassette disks so that they completely close the can lids
4. Increase the thickness of the metal of at least the pressure disks of the cassette
5. Improve usability and modernize
a. lid screws
b. rod /although I don’t understand what my grandfather didn’t like..../
c. lid gasket
d. equip the autoclave with my grandfather’s know-how (for removing cassettes with canned food)
6. Maintain the tradition of NOT installing a water drain tap! And what if a child accidentally opens such a tap???? Water over 100 degrees under pressure in the face???
Many thanks to the manufacturer's specialists for their cooperation and understanding. Modernization (or consideration thereof) of this autoclave is scheduled for 2018 (if I understood correctly)
