A common reikgon disguised as melee scavs which are ice pick and knife scavs, can be recognized with throwing knives, if the melee scavs did not die unaware by the knives, shoving and parrying them will reveal their actual form too, their attacks are like sledgers, which can grapple you

A stealthy reikgon that always resides in the outpost, guarding the loots, you cant see him, but if he attacks, he will revealed his presence for about a second, you can spot him by playing as Hivemind, Prophet and Executioner perk
One shot attack

Sickler
Most dangerously rare reikgon that spawns randomly at random locations, he makes low pitch crying noises, as you wondering that why the tip says that you should not provoke him.
when spawned, he chained up at start till scavs and the agents go very near him or startled him by firearms, he then have 5 seconds windup before he broke the chain and started to act like scp 096, run very fast, charge at someone who are close to him, most importantly, he has execution kill if you're below 15 hp, and he also heals half of his hp after that, so try not to lure him to the base, or you ended the game, but he can be killed with stronger weapons and perks, if you killed this beast, you'll rewarded the Apostle perk.

The most weakest reikgon which only resides at the mountain, if you see a black vertical chain or if theres an abnormal noise inside, that means she's in there, but still cautious, even if shes weak, her ability is basically a reference to that monster of the same from Cry of Fear...
