Horizontal Alignment:
Left Align:
Select the cell or range of cells you want to left-align.
Go to the "Home" tab on the ribbon.
In the "Alignment" group, click the "Align Left" button (icon with lines left-aligned).
Center Align:
Select the cell or range of cells you want to center-align.
Go to the "Home" tab.
In the "Alignment" group, click the "Center" button (icon with lines centered).
Right Align:
Select the cell or range of cells you want to right-align.
Go to the "Home" tab.
In the "Alignment" group, click the "Align Right" button (icon with lines right-aligned).
Vertical Alignment:
Top Align:
Select the cell or range of cells you want to top-align.
Go to the "Home" tab.
In the "Alignment" group, click the "Align Top" button (icon with lines top-aligned).
Middle Align:
Select the cell or range of cells you want to middle-align.
Go to the "Home" tab.
In the "Alignment" group, click the "Middle Align" button (icon with lines centered vertically).
Bottom Align:
Select the cell or range of cells you want to bottom-align.
Go to the "Home" tab.
In the "Alignment" group, click the "Align Bottom" button (icon with lines bottom-aligned).
Increase Indent:
Select the cell or range of cells whose contents you want to indent.
Go to the "Home" tab.
In the "Alignment" group, click the "Increase Indent" button (icon with a right-pointing arrow).
Decrease Indent:
Select the cell or range of cells with indented content.
Go to the "Home" tab.
In the "Alignment" group, click the "Decrease Indent" button (icon with a left-pointing arrow).
