The WKS Opti-C 3000 and ME3000SP inverters are designed to add batteries to a grid-tied system, but not to provide continuous power generation if the grid fails.
An alternative to the Victron MultiPlus II: the DEYE hybrid inverter (Guillaume Piton has a video about it: • TEST Onduleur DEYE 6kw. Auto-consommation,... )
Other grid-tied inverters potentially compatible with frequency shifting: SMA, ABB (discontinued), SolarEdge.
Warning! Enphase IQ7 inverters are not designed for off-grid frequency shifting! (Thanks to Magalie Claire in the comments, who contacted the manufacturer.)
