PS4 11.00 PPPwn Payload Loader Released, Enable Debug Settings & FPKG installing
Today developer Lightningmods released payload loader for PS4 11.00 pppwn and a test payload that enables debug settings on PS4 11.00, allowing fpkg installation but cannot run yet, as goldhen still not ported yet.
