Basic TextNow Troubleshooting
Clearing your TextNow cache and data can solve a variety of calling and messaging issues. The steps outlined in this video are also included below:
1. Head you your phone Settings
2. Select Apps (Sometimes called Application Manager)
3. Select TextNow
4. Select Clear cache, then Clear data, and finally Force stop
5. Log back into your TextNow app to test for improvements
