YouTube Videos Missing 480p & 240p?
Videos being uploaded by smaller channels seem to be consistently missing two different resolutions you can normally select during playback: 480p and 240p. Aside from some Reddit posts and a few articles mentioning the issue back when it first appeared in December, there's not much to go off of. Initially referred to as a bug by YouTube, it seems the aforementioned resolutions have been removed from smaller channels. I hope I'm wrong, but this change seems to be permanent.
