Games for team building are great to add some positivity to the team! In this game, the participants will get to know each other by 'selling' the other team member. The participants give the other person a good feeling, and... they will also get a confident feeling about themselves. 💪

Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try:
1. You can turn the exercise into a competition. Instruct the audience to applaud after each presentation. The presentation that receives the loudest applause has won the competition.
2. If someone is presenting the other person’s or his own traits with not enough enthusiasm, you can encourage him to talk really loudly. By doing this, his enthusiasm will be triggered. If that person normally talks really softly, he may now think that he is yelling. However, the audience will just hear an enthusiastic voice.
