I will reveal the secret of how to quickly and inexpensively make lighting in the cellar, basement, where it is humid and where it is not safe to conduct 220 volts of alternating current, with your own hands. To do this, we needed a 12 volt LED spotlight, which shines no worse than a 220 volt LED spotlight. An old 12 volt 3 amp power supply, some cable and corrugations, two mounting boxes and a regular switch. I, too, at first thought to run a 220 volt cellar into the basement and turn on the lighting, but it is often humid in the basement, condensation sometimes appears, so it is not safe to install 220 volt lighting in the cellar or basement. Initially, during the construction, I did not lay a cable for lighting, so I used a small life hack, which I will show in the video. If the power of the LED spotlight is more than 20 watts, then I recommend ready-made converters 220 volts - 12 volts, from 10A and above.
