For this recipe, we need:
Baltic herring
Salt 15-20g per 1kg
*Cover the Baltic herring with salt and salt for 1-2 days.
*Dry until glossy.
*Smoke the Baltic herring with heavy smoke until done.
*Remove the head from the fish and place the carcasses in a jar.
*Pour in sunflower oil (odorless) and cover.
*Place in a pressure canner, heat to 115°C, and hold for 20-25 minutes.
*Remove from the canner and hold for at least 7-10 days.
