Power BI | New Card Visual (Small Multiples) | Text Slicer | UFO Sightings Dataset | Video 12
In this video, we will use Power BI Desktop to create a report page.
We will use the New Card Visual and Text Slicer Visual (November 2024 feature updates)
1. We first will create a Column from a disconnected table and then create 4 measures.
2. We will review the 3 new feature updates for Reporting : Visual Calculations, New Card Visual with small multiples and Text Slicer
3. We will then create a report page that has a Table Visual and the New Card Visual and Text Slicer.
The values will change dynamically based on the user selections.
We will use 2 datasets, UFO Sightings dataset and Places.csv from the Tidytuesday R Repository
FYI: Periodically we will create additional report pages & add more videos using the same datasets so that we will create a dedicated playlist for all these videos.
