Thanks to the questions under the video "Contactless Water Level Sensor (TTP223 Touch Button)," I was able to fill a knowledge gap about the TTP223 touch button.

If you want to use it as a water level sensor, you should know:
the sensor should only be turned on when the tank is empty and maintain an uninterrupted power supply!
