GTA V: How to get Cargo Plane [SinglePlayer] [1.29-1.41 NG] [1.27-1.41 PC] [FIXED ON LATEST!!]
Recorder on 1.33. You can't do this on latest patch because DM was patched to prevent steps 1-3 from working.
Steps:
1) Start DM while jumping from a high building
2) Exit to SP
3) You should be back at the casting trailer, enter DM
4) Get near the MT marker and make a bootycall to despawn the marker (328-555-0103 or 611-555-0126)
5) Set User Teleport using DM
6) Hangout with Lamar
7) Get to any bar and trigger the bar cutscene
8) Teleport to the user location you set up in step 5 after time of day transition ends, as soon as camera start moving to the character (it's important to tp after the transition, otherwise you'll skip the cutscene)
9) You should now have partially OM0-ed MT
10) Exit DM (this will not actually let you exit it but will give you back controls that MT marker took away)
11) Enter DM again
12) Enter your interior garage in a vehicle
13) Select Quit DM in the menu and close it
14) Get back into the vehicle
15) Press forward (this will start driving out of the garage cutscene), quickly open DM menu and press Exit DM (alternative method to exit DM with shop robbery: • Quit DM Shop Robbery / Peyote methods (1.2... )
16) If you did everything correctly, MT should start
17) Drive to the LS to activate city exile mission (the one where Madrazo's goons try to kill you)
18) Leave LS
19) You should be completely OM0 now
20) Trigger Cletus S&F
21) Fail by killing Ron and press Retry
22) Cletus mission should start
23) Fail the mission by killing Cletus
24) Exit the mission
25) Minor Turbulence restarts, still OM0 but now with mission replay available (that's why you need Cletus)
26) Play the mission till the part you take control of the Cargo Plane (carefull, you can't mission fail)
27) Initiate a mission replay
28) Fail
29) Load back, Profit
