In part 3 of our Lets Play AI: The Somnium Files blind gameplay, Kaname Date reluctantly takes A-Set (Tesa) over to the crime scene in Bloom Park where Shoko was found deceased by Mizuki and Ota. A-Set reveals that her real name is Iris Sagan, and we get a brief glimpse into her childhood.
It doesn't take long for her to deduce that the murder may be ritualistic in nature, and that someone killed Shoko in such a way. However, Iris reveals she's sick and may possibly die soon. Kaname Date offers to give her a ride home, and meets Hitomi Sagan at her home. The very same home that Kaname Date dreamed about the night before, where Hitomi's death had unsettled him and AIBA.
Following this, Date and AIBA prepare to psync with Mizuki with Pewter and Boss supervising.
So Whack also comes up with a few theories, but of course, they're unlikely to be correct seeing as they never seem to pan out.
I have never played AI: The Somnium Files before so this will be a purely blind playthrough. I didn't even read the store description before playing it. Thank you all for recommending that I do a Let's Play AI: The Somnium Files series. It has received good reviews, and I'm excited to play through it.
If you have played or watched another Let's Play AI: The Somnium Files before, please I ask that you refrain from posting spoilers. I would like this series to have blind gameplay wherever possible so as to keep my reactions to scenes genuine, as well as preserve my enjoyment of AI: The Somnium Files.

STORY
One rainy night in November, a woman's body is found at an abandoned theme park, mounted on a merry-go-round horse. She had been stabbed repeatedly, and her left eye was gouged out.
Kaname Date of the Metropolitan Police Department arrives on the scene. He recognizes the woman. Suddenly, he hears a noise from inside the merry-go-round.
He breaks into the merry-go-round's central column to find a young girl. And in her hands, she grips a bloody ice pick...
