NEW CHANGES! Updated Honkai: Star Rail Tier List - BEST 5 Star and 4 Star Characters!
Today, I discuss Honkai: Star Rail's v1.6 Tier List after the Release of Ruan Mei and Xueyi to see where changes have been made in the Meta! Ruan Mei has definitely changed the meta because of what she offers to team comps. As for what Ruan Mei offers, she is a brand new Ice Harmony Character who focuses on increasing the damage of allies, increasing allies' speed, increasing weakness break efficiency of the team, delaying enemies, and much more! Her banner consists of Ruan Mei, Xueyi, Tingyun, and March 7th and will be the first phase of version 1.6. Kafka will be making a rerun alongside Dr. Ratio in the second phase of version 1.6.
