VirtualBox Tutorial: Run Ubuntu/Windows/Mac on any computer
Virtualbox is a software that allows you to run any operating system on your computer. So even though you are running a Mac or windows PC, you can spin up a virtual machine running another operating sytem(like ubuntu). This type of software is what is referred to as a hypervisor. There are other hypervisors like vmware workstation.
We will learn about the basics of virtualbox, how to configure a vm, how to assign it appropriate resources and then finally wrap up by creating a fresh Ubuntu VM.
