This week, LeChairman welcomes Karim Loumi.
Born in 1990, Karim grew up in the town of Les Lilas in Seine-Saint-Denis.
Along with his twin brother (Slim), they pursued various activities. Indeed, this karate enthusiast practiced it throughout his childhood.
At the same time, he initially trained as a mechanic before turning to cooking.
Passionate, he discovered the profession, loved what he saw, and this experience would strengthen his decision to become a renowned butcher.
