borderlands 2 the fridge [Quest] every once in a while a goliath get a good idea

This was hard to find i wasted 1 or 2h looking for it so enjoin.
To find this quest to have to go to Highlands - Outwash from there go to the The fridge then make your way up & out in to the open once out there kill the goliath and he will drop a voice box once you pick it up it start the mission & it will be on longer be undiscovered
