Step 1: Find Imagine and scale the face of the image within 256x256 box
Step 2: Find a video and scale the face within the video within 256x256 box
*make sure the frame rate is below 30 FPS
*make sure to lower the video bitrate to 2,000,000
*make sure it is an MP4
*make sure the video dimensions ARE 256X256
*preferable, keep the video at about 30 seconds
Step 3: Make a folder in Google Drive called " first-order-motion-model"
Step 4: Put the image and video in there.

Copy the .tar files within the link into your own first-order-motion-model folder you made

Enter Google collab, click connect at the top right-hand corner

Run Box [3], click the link that is presented and copy the code it gives you when it opens the new window within the google collab box
