Use Nikon lens on Canon Camera Bodies with an adapter
I am using the Nikon 105mm f/2.5 lens on Canon 7D. It can be used on any canon body.
Its easy and simple, with the help of an $10 adapter, you can modify cheap nikon manual lenses to be used for exceptional results. My samples aren't that great but this lens is capable of pulling great results.
